Authenticate Expert System CD before using it

HOW TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR LICENSE
We suggest that you print this page and refer to it during the authentication procedure – if you experience problems – email: support@homeopathysolutions.com, detailing your problem.

  1. After installing your CD you will be prompted for the product activation – you must be connected to the internet in order to complete this procedure – if you wish to do this at a later date just click the “continue” box in the right bottom corner. (Please note that you have a maximum of 30 days from the time of installation to authenticate your license. Without authentication, after 30 days the program will no longer function.)

  2. Enter your CD’s serial number in the “Package Serial Number” box. Be sure to include the dashes. (This will automatically generate a new set of alpha-numeric digits in the "When asked, use code:" field below.)
  3. Click on the first “copy” button
  4. Open your browser and paste the address into the “address” bar or type in: http://www.homeopathysolutions.com/authenticate - and press enter.
  5. Go back to the 1st “Product Activation” screen (as shown in the above diagram), and click on the “copy” box beside the code where it says: “When asked, use code:”.
  6. Return to your browser and place the cursor in the box at the bottom, beside “When asked, use code:”. Press Ctrl+V (paste) on your keyboard, to paste in the “use code”.
  7. Click on “Submit Query”
  8. At the top of the next screen that appears there will be a 4 digit authorization code. Copy this 4 digit authorization code. Go back to the 1st “Product Activation” screen (as shown in the above diagram). Enter this four digit final authorization code into the “Enter 4 digit code, Here:” field.
  9. Click “Continue” – and you receive confirmation that you have successfully completed the licensing process.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
